As a key member of the surgery team, you’ll work closely with experienced clinical and non-clinical colleagues to provide high-quality care to patients and exceptional service to pet owners. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of cases, develop your clinical interests, and be supported in growing your skills through continuous professional development. You’ll also be part of a wider veterinary group that actively invests in learning, leadership development and career progression, giving you the chance to shape your future within a growing organisation.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, vets and support staff

  • Contribute to maintaining high clinical and customer service standards across the practice

  • Promote pet wellbeing and client education at every opportunity

Requirements

They would love to hear from candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude

  • A genuine passion for animal welfare and client care

Benefits

To attract and retain the best in the business, we offer a fantastic range of benefits, including:

  • Quarterly recognition payments

  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay

  • Income protection

  • Electric car scheme

  • Boost employee benefits and discounts

  • Help at Hand for health and wellbeing

  • Funded professional memberships

  • Surgery discounts

  • Generous CPD allowance

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

  • Internal leadership training and development opportunities

A Little More About the Practice

You’ll be working in a spacious, purpose-built veterinary practice with excellent facilities and a team that is truly passionate about providing the best possible care, day and night. Colleagues have a wide range of special interests, and many are working towards certificates to enhance both their skills and the services they provide. We are always developing new initiatives to support learning and close skills gaps, and they make sure CPD is continuous and accessible across all levels of the practice.

Being Part of the Wider Veterinary Group

They are proud to be part of a large, independent, family-owned veterinary group with a strong nationwide presence. They are committed to supporting local communities and helping pets live long, happy, and healthy lives with their families. We continue to invest in our growing team, and there has never been a better time to join them.
