Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear and compassionate updates to clients about their pets.
- Maintain the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Prepare accurate and tailored treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Support and share clinical best practices within and across practices and the wider veterinary community.
Requirements
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrable clinical leadership skills.
- Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
- Ability to support nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, understanding their impact on clinic performance and efficiency.
- Proficient in using coaching and influencing skills to maximise team potential.
