The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, working on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing their services and care standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates to clients about their pets’ health.
- Maintain professional excellence, adhering to regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
- Prepare accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange for the transfer of patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Share clinical best practices within and across the practice community.
Requirements
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrable clinical leadership skills.
- Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
- Support for nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of their contribution to clinic performance and efficiency.
- Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to optimise team performance.
