The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, working on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing their services and care standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
• Provide clear updates to clients about their pets’ health.
• Maintain professional excellence, adhering to regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
• Prepare accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates.
• Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills.
• Complete clinical handovers and arrange for the transfer of patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
• Share clinical best practices within and across the practice community.

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrable clinical leadership skills.
• Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
• Support for nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of their contribution to clinic performance and efficiency.
• Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to optimise team performance.
