Veterinary Surgeon

Our RCVS practice standards accredited, Silver RWAF rabbit-friendly, and Silver accredited ISFM cat-friendly practice has an excellent opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join Our client’s inclusive, friendly, and supportive team!

As a veterinary surgeon, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated group, including the Practice Owner, and a team of experienced professionals. The commitment to continuous improvement is evident through their unlimited CPD budget and the expertise within the team, ranging from Medicine certificate holders to nurses with certificates in Anaesthesia, Analgesia, Feline Nursing, and Feline Behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care to clients and patients
• Collaborate effectively within the team to deliver exceptional service
• Participate in practice meetings, clinical vet meetings, and regular one-on-one check-ins
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Contribute to the overall well-being of patients and the smooth operation of the practice

Requirements

• Solid GP experience in veterinary practice
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Commitment to providing the highest level of veterinary care
• RCVS registration and relevant qualifications
• Flexibility to work weekends (1 in 5 rota)
