Since its establishment in 2000, our client, a locally owned surgery in Greater Manchester, has been dedicated to providing excellent care and service to the community. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their well-established team.

About You (Veterinary Surgeon):

As the ideal candidate, you, the Veterinary Surgeon, should bring strong surgical and diagnostic skills to the table. Your keen interest in exploring and completing full workups on cases will complement the existing full-time vet team. The practice takes pride in its collaborative environment, featuring a dedicated 6-strong nurse team and a friendly front-of-house team of 5 receptionists.

The full-time position offers 40 hours per week with a 1 in 3 weekend rotation. What sets this opportunity apart is the absence of out-of-hours requirements. Following a weekend shift, you’ll enjoy an impressive 3.5 days off, ensuring a substantial long weekend to recharge. Recognizing the importance of a healthy work-life balance, the practice is open to negotiating part-time hours for the right Veterinary Surgeon candidate.
