Our client has an unmissable opportunity for a Full-Time Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit and growing team. The practice team is looking for a full-time vet to work alongside an established team. They are a well-established small animal practice, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. To enhance their practice further, it is very well equipped with modern facilities, providing all the equipment needed to provide the best care for patients.
About Their Practice:
With more than 440 small animal practices across the country, of all shapes and sizes, this is one of the largest UK veterinary groups and offers Veterinary Surgeons a range of opportunities, including the opportunity to run your practice. However, what really makes it a unique opportunity is that it is run locally, providing local teams the time and opportunity to support their local community. This means you can join a team that can support your individual needs while offering you a bespoke introduction to the practice, local community, and caring for patients!
The practice is independently run, supported by a fantastic team, who are committed to delivering an outstanding level of service in the community and through this, they have enabled a real “proud to be part of the team” work ethos.
The suburb is a very sought-after and attractive place to settle down, boasting great schools, affordable homes that are close to the city centre with excellent transport systems.
The city is a diverse metropolis with all the characteristics of any major European City with its cosmopolitan culture and good local amenities, while retaining the benefits of its relatively smaller size.
To maintain your work-life balance and enjoy everything this part of the UK has to offer, they can offer you a rota to work within a 1 in 4 weekend rota with no OOH. It is a well-organised, popular first opinion practice with a large following and a varied and interesting caseload. Perhaps you would like to complete a certificate, have specific CPD in mind, and they would certainly encourage you to progress with your ambitions. Our experienced Veterinary Surgeon and practice owner would be delighted to have a discussion about your future ambitions, work patterns to fit around your commitments and show you around the practice to meet the team either virtually or in person depending on your circumstances.
