Job Description
If you are an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon looking for a new challenge, our client has the perfect opportunity for you at their practice.
The team in practice is made up of 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 4 receptionists, and is led by our partners who between them have 37 years of veterinary experience, with the last 9 years running this practice. One of the vets in practice has an interest in Ultrasound so if this is something that you have an interest in then it would be beneficial, however if you have other interests or specialisms, they are open to you exploring these and creating your own case load.
They are flexible on the hours that they are looking for, whether you have childcare requirements and can only commit to part-time hours, or if you are looking for full-time work, they can accommodate both. As a team, they aim to focus on the work-life balance of all their colleagues and therefore they have no OOHs requirements, and their partners cover the weekends so there would be minimal weekends to cover holidays.
About you:
They are looking for a veterinary surgeon who is experienced in the role and is confident dealing with the cases in a solo capacity, and someone who can support other vets in practice and create their own caseload. In practice, they run 15-minute consults with additional time added into your diary to catch up on any outstanding paperwork so that you can leave on time.
Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to the flexibility around working hours, they can also offer:
- A competitive salary based on your level of experience
- A generous CPD allowance and support towards a certificate
- A contributory pension scheme
- Professional memberships paid
- Access to exclusive company and high street retailer discounts.
So, if you have an ambition to be part of the future, please apply.
