Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine surgeries with confidence and proficiency
- Foster lasting client relationships through excellent consultation skills
- Take on sole charge responsibilities as needed
- Embrace clinical freedom and contribute innovative ideas for clinic development
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance, with a 1 in 3 Saturday rota and flexible working hours
Requirements:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice
- Strong interest in medicine and willingness to pursue further development opportunities, including certificates
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work between 30-40 hours per week
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 – £70,000 (FTE/DOE) for experienced Veterinary Surgeons
