Job Description
Join a multi-site veterinary team, comprising practices in various locations. Our client is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their established and friendly practices. With over 10,000 clients, they offer a diverse and stimulating caseload, fostering an environment perfect for continuous learning and development.
As a Veterinary Surgeon with them, you’ll have the opportunity to work across all their practices, evenly splitting your time or focusing on a preferred location. You’ll join a team of dedicated professionals, including 8 veterinary surgeons, 9 qualified nurses, and various support staff. Their aim is to provide exceptional care to their clients and their pets while offering you partnership/ownership opportunities and a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations and surgeries
- Participating in team meetings and case discussions
- Providing mentorship to junior staff
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and client communication
Requirements:
- Open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues
